Simulated ECU models in real-world scenarios using dSPACE Scalexio Lab Box.● Developed a plant model in Simulink and configured the signal chain based on Pin mapping sheet using Configuration Desk for Driver door Module (DDM).● Created harness between dSPACE Scalexio Lab box and ECU by using a break out box (BOB).● Utilized BOB for tapping in to the signals between dSPACE and ECU by the help of instruments like multimeter.● Integrated Vector (VN1630A) to the bench for monitoring the CAN messages passing through the network.● Created Graphical User Interface (GUI) interface for testing the model performance by controlling the inputs using Control Desk.● Flashed the software in to Device under test (ECU) using S32 Design Studio.● Worked on CANalyzer to monitor the CAN messages and ensured that the signals are passing between ECU and dSPACE.● Generated test cases, test procedure and expected outcomes for the testing of DDM model software release. ● Created a detailed analysis on the observed results and updated the test status in the test case document.● Automated HIL testing on model using the python scripts in Visual Studio.● Utilized UDS protocol to communicate with the ECU in order to find the fault codes.● Part of a team that developed a Body Control Module (BCM) model by integrating multiple models based on requirements using Simulink.● Created Test harness for the BCM model using Simulink Test Manager for conducting MIL and SIL testing.● Performed MIL and SIL testing on the developed BCM model by generating test procedure and test cases. ● Generated a test report based on the test results of MIL and SIL test cases and analyzed the results.
