- Structured finance deal structuring including large corporate funding, LAS, real estate inventory funding, acquisition & merger finance, FIG funding, HNI promoter-backed finance, pre-IPO funding, project funding, and startup or new-age banking, managing a portfolio of 2000+ crs in Bangalore and Karnataka region.- Presenting cases in credit committee including credit assessments,evalution of collateral quality, and identification of potential risks involved in structured finance deals.- Responsible for deal structuring from pre-due diligence, conducted cash flow analysis, and prepared principal and interest repayment sheets.- Prepartion of detailed credit assessment, underwriting, and reports, highlighting unusual items before deal closing.- Conducting detailed financial analysis, finalized financial models, and analyzed investment management, resulting in improved underwriting accuracy.- Appraising proposals involving comprehensive balance sheet analysis, financial ratios, cash flow analysis, and key risk assessment.- Performe detailed due diligence analysis using various dedupe check tools and bank statement analysis, ensuring thorough risk assessment.- Maintaining of high-quality documentation standards, client communication, and process compliance, enhancing deal efficiency.- Review and ensure adherence to rating methodology/framework for risk classification, ensuring regulatory compliance.- Managing credit risk across all products and transactions in wholesale banking, resulting in enhanced risk management protocols.
