Project 2: Eligibility Service/ Medicare Plan Selection (MPS)Eligibility service is part of the newly implemented health care system (Washington Health Plan Finder) for the State of Washington. The eligibility of the person or a household for a particular program will be determined using this system and then multiple health care plans will be shown for the user to select from.Project 1: Washington Connection (WaConn)Washington Connection is a one stop portal for services that will be available for people with lesser incomes. This is a web based project where the residents of the State of Washington will apply for services like Food Stamps, Cash, Long Term Care etc. Data is then collected and sent for eligibility determination. There are many other internal projects involved which help the functioning of this application.- Successfully led the development of MPS application. I was the lone implementer for this project.- Developed many enhancements to eligibility service and Washington Connection.- Successfully developed a testing application (Test Harness) for the QA to test eligibility service application.- Developed a bridge application called WaConn Referral between Eligibility Service and WaConn.Environment: Java 6, JavaEE, Spring 2.5, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Spring Security, JPA 2.0, Web Services (SOAP), WODM Rules, JMS, MQs/SiBus, XML, XSD, log4j, JSP, CSS 3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JUnit, WAS 7.0, IBM DB2, LDAP, RAD, ClearCase, Windows 7.
