This was pivotal for improving overall customer satisfaction◦ Self-serve dashboard: To help the customer support team for rescheduling sessions. This helped eliminate the bottleneck in operations and improved TAT from 12-48 hours to <60 minutes◦ Tags options: This was a key piece of information that was tracked manually before and had an average of 4 hours for data collation for reporting purposes. Once tags are introduced, it helps generate reports in <60 minutes.◦ Conflict loss: There was a loss of supply due to customers not showing up for the session but informing in advance leading. This issue caused wasted resources in terms of promising trial batches. The new feature allowed reactivation of conflicting trials to avoid loss of potential customers• Developed KPI dashboard and automated report generations from scratch◦ To measure metrics such as Retention Rate, Conversion Rate (Trial to Paid conversion), Average customer ratings, Supply Utilization Rate and various other KPIs◦ A supply view dashboard which helped the sales team promise batches and reduced TAT to promise a batch to the customer by a fraction (Initial TAT was 24-48 hours)◦ Created custom category wise dashboard that played a key role in making business & curriculum decisions by the category heads◦ Analyzed data to make better business decisions that spanned over various verticals such as supply, product, operations, sales, finance, and tech& much more..
