• Will ensure the LOTO procedures for equipment/system safety protective measures are in place prior to the start of the identified work and are removed after the work is completed.
• Maintain LOTO log sheets and prepare status reports. Will give LOTO training presentations to jobsite personnel, client personnel and others as directed and implement policies, procedures to prepare annual inventory.

• Review of and as required preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up plans and procedures.
• Scheme modifications as per field requirement and prepare Red Markup drawing. Prepare Commissioning test reports.
• MCC package review, attending walkdown and punch list clearing.
• DCS loop check and function test for MV/LV SWGR, GCB, GSUT, UAT, LV transformer, HSBT and AVR panel.
• Commissioning of 13.8KV and 6.9KV SWGR primary injection test, bus bar stability test, VCB function test, intertrip and interlock test, ATS test and HSBT change over test.
