• Act as bridge between Management, sales team and Opt recruiting team and consultants.• Reporting the day to day work to the Management at the end of the day, weekly reports on week ending and monthly reports on month ending.• Hiring the Consultants, Sales Recruiters and OPT recruiters for company.• Managing the Team and getting the closures from them on target time• Motivate the team to get the results from them on target time • Keeping the track of team performance and individual performance on daily basis and monthly basis• Coordinating the team without any issues regarding dual submissions, rate, finding and make working with the prime vendors• As per marketing situation giving some inputs to team how to work and how to find the suitable requirements for our consultants
