Currently working as a Program Manager at BlackBuck.Joined Tata International in Jul'20. In this role, I gained a holistic understanding of our business by rotating through various departments, including business development, operations, logistics, documentation, and finance. I played a key role in addressing critical challenges, such as international sourcing for projects in East Africa, providing insured credit limits to customers, optimizing supply chain logistics, expanding the buyer base, and strategically closing deals to maintain positive cash flow. Additionally, I collaborated with diverse teams across Europe, the Americas, Hong Kong, India, and the Middle East, contributing to a supportive work environment.Qualified MBA in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, with an amazing bunch of folks who helped me understand perspectives and that will stay with me until end of time. I was particularly interested in subjects which were catered towards trade, economics and marketing. In the summer of '19, I interned with TATA NYK Shipping Pvt Ltd, which was a wonderful experience and my first international trip, wherein worked on a business process improvement opportunity of evaluating the adequacy of the ERP tool for shipping industry, and suggested improvements via secondary research. I learnt a lot about Singapore as a cultural hub, and the strategic significance as a trade hub.My first corporate job was at EY, where i worked with the Risk Advisory services offering Software asset management, BSA Implementation, GST Process readiness, and ITAM assessment particularly for technology, media and telecom sector. I was fortunate to obtain several soft skill trainings in the firm, which put me miles ahead in terms of how business is conducted professionally. The young team of SAM consultants was very vibrant and we visited customers every week across all parts of india.
