As an assistant manager at IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd, I apply my MBA in Insurance Management and my interpersonal and communication skills to provide quality service and solutions to our clients. I joined the company as a management trainee in July 2022 and worked in the corporate marketing department of the Chennai Commercial SBU, where I gained valuable experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and managing client relationships. I have been promoted to assistant manager in July 2023 and I am now responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing operations of the SBU, leading a team of 10 executives, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. I am passionate about the insurance industry and I am always eager to learn new skills and trends. I am also committed to the mission and values of IFFCO Tokio, which is to provide innovative and affordable insurance products and services to the rural and urban population of India. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of the company and the industry, and to make a positive impact on the society.
