Adline Media is part of a diversified group of companies in hospitality (Tactile Food Group), retail (Objekts of Design, AA Uniforms), services (RMS Concept) etc. Key Responsibilities-> Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, POS terminals, applications, operating systems and back-office systems.-> Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.-> Responsible for developing and implementing policies, processes and security compliance. -> Administering Firewalls, Endpoint Protection Solutions, Access Control Systems, Virtual Private Server, Microsoft 365 for Business & Google Workspace Business Management - Email Server , CCTV, Access Control, Call Center, Web Server for all associated businesses within the Group.-> Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.-> Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.-> Prepare cost-benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs.-> Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.-> Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company’s network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem.-> Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s IT Infrastructure.-> Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions-> Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed.-> Managing communication between all internal clients and stakeholders .
