Steadfast Claim Solutions is a newly setup entity claims within the Steadfast Group which offers claims management services for High Net Worth (HNW) clients.● End to end claims management for underwriting agencies targeted at HNW individuals within a delegated authority from the insurers.● Assist senior leadership to develop customer centric policies and procedures which comply with regulations and ensure minimizing and if possible, eliminating breaches.● Develop tender documents and interview panel of service providers to ensure the business aligns with correct providers who aligns with our company’s mission and offer superior service to the niche customer base.● Work with third-party IT developers to build our claims management systems from ground up.

Manage end-to-end large and complex losses within commercial and domestic space including Businessinterruption, Industrial Special Risks and Construction claims.● Ensure claims are managed effectively and efficiently by liaising with external stakeholders including butnot limited to our broker partners, loss adjusters, builders and other suppliers.● Deliver consistent excellent customer service by recognising and supporting vulnerable customers thougheffective communication, empathy, respect and decisive actions.● Communicate with various internal stakeholders including but not limited to investigations, legal,recoveries, complaints, underwriters and product owners to determine liability and effectively manage risk.● Report breaches, significant risk exposures and large losses to higher management and assist in developingrisk managing strategies.● Train and mentor junior members in other teams to identify and refer complex matters accurately.

Eco Pacific is a manufacturing company which produces heating and cooling systems such as gas ducted heaters, heat recovery ventilators and evaporative coolers.Responsibilities:● Prepare engineering drawings for all the products along with bill of materials, process control plan (PCP) and purchase orders. ● Assist and supervise the production team by teaching the best practices and creating a safe working environment.● Performing all quality control checks and testing the final product before warehousing.● Liaison with all suppliers to ensure correct and timely arrival of parts for factory.Achievements:● Successfully designed and modelled a new product along with a working prototype which is targeted for customers both locally and internationally.● Regularly met all the deadlines adhering to ISO-9001 standard compliance that the company is certified to.● Contributed towards R&D of a gas heater which is currently in developing phase.A comprehensive list of responsibilities includes designing current and future models, liasing with the manufacturing team and updating the designs if necessary, assisting the production team, and quality control of gas-ducted heaters, evaporated air-coolers, heat recovery ventilators, and other refrigerant related AC products.
