With a strong academic background, a passion for football and a commitment to excel in sports studies, I had chosen to study B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Sport Studies - Football at Leeds Beckett University.Truth and Values are in my blood, thanks to my maternal grandfather and I have strong belief that Trust is the byproduct of these two. Trust can only be earned with these two invaluable gems. TRUTH | VALUES | TRUST has a huge impact on my life and my conscience gains energy from the strongest source of the universe (LORD), which forces me to choose ideal pathways during critical times. Still, I am thinking to learn good things and choose the right path only but with numerous mistakes which are part and parcel of life and good that it happens but I can proudly confide in that energy which maintains my resilience.I am a Professional footballer, born and brought up in the most Beautiful, Cleanest & Greenest cities of India, Chandigarh having impressive Top 10 rankings in the Happiness index surveys of the Indian cities. My father is an Engineer. He served as Director (Training & Development) lastly and was Regional Head with ICFAI too. He is now CEO & Founder of a company named PATH for Success and was Co-founder with Dewsun Technologies. My mother is a doctor & works in BBMB, under the Government of India, Ministry of Power.Actively participated in various football tournaments at school, local clubs and state levels and earned accolades for both skills and sportsmanship. Notably, I was selected to play in prestigious state-level leagues such as the CM (Chief Minister) Football Cup and the Senior Men State Futsal League at Gurugram, Delhi (NCR). Had the honor of being selected by two reputed Spanish football clubs during trials conducted by Gaizka Toquero, a renowned legendary footballer and by UEFA certified coaches. Got selected to play for Sundarban Football Club at Delhi(NCR).These experiences have taught me valuable lessons. Teamwork, Leadership and Perseverance.Got the privilege to play friendly Futsal matches with UEFA certified coaches. Impressed with my passion and dedication, they offered me to coach (under-12) with Master’s Football Academy at Kids ‘R’ Kids school in Chandigarh, India.My short-term goal is to play Football with the experienced to learn new things and polish the existing. Long-term goal is to contribute at the grassroots level and promote the sport within my community and beyond. I am committed to nurture youth with fire in the belly to learn but bears limited financial means, to contribute my part for the community.
