Worked on building a program for voice-over talent from sourcing to community management, included:1. Building a network of partners (universities, production houses, etc.) for talent2. Instituting a funnel for talent to be a part of the PocketFM community3. Developing methodology for the production team to assess new talent4. Setting up feedback cycles with partners to better train talent

Responsible for designing and administering the music education curriculum for different programs at DSB International School, Mumbai. This involved understanding the management requirements and standards and building these into the components of the curriculum. Helped in organising training sessions for the teachers involved with the program. Also involved as a drum instructor.Further involved as a drum instructor at American School of Bombay. This involved working with the existing models. Responsible for evaluating students at regular intervals and suggesting changes in program methodologies in light of student performances.

Filled in for teachers on leave, on request by the head of the department. This involved supervising classes, administering and correcting internal and year end university theoretical and practical exams, holding doubt solving sessions and teaching first and second year students.

Part of the client actuarial engagement teams performing the statutory year end audit of London Market insurance companies and the evaluation of settlement claims for insurance companies in run off. Involved in production of benchmarking survey for life insurance valuation and reserving assumptions for companies based in the UK.These engagements would require detailed actuarial analysis, production of written documentation to the clients and performance of numerous project management tasks. Additionally, it involved coaching and training of other members of the engagement team, including those both more junior and senior.Incharge of graduate induction training for new joiners to the firm. This entailed liaising with the corresponding UK team and designing and implementing a training program.
