I’m a Civil Engineer who has completed MTech & B.E in Civil Engineering. Have over 11+ years of diversified experience in the Construction services in India. This experience is proven by working in more than 4 prestigious projects in Bhilai steel Plant, Dehradun Group Housing Project, Bhilai Housing Projects & New Delhi Housing under Housing for ALL, mission forming a mix of different successful projects such as Universal rail Mill Heavy Foundations, Residential- Non- residential Projects, Malls, multi-story buildings, Substations and infrastructure works.As a Regional Coordinator (Civil/Management) with ~3 years of experience in Programme & Project Management, Government Consulting and Infrastructure Advisory, currently assisting the senior leadership in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs in Planning, Designing, Implementing Strategies, Critical Risk Management and Program Management of Mega Infrastructure Projects of National Interest. Also, responsible for developing strategies and framework for the GHTC- India (Global Housing Technology Challenge-India). Other than this I must look after progress review of PMAY-U (HFA) Projects for PAN India which consists of regular site visits, lab testing, Adherence to contract agreement, Documentation, coordination with teams of Engineers, Consultant, Architects, Agency etc. for close coordination of construction projects high rise residential, multi-story buildings and infrastructure works.
