• Review of group companies’ Management Information System (MIS); its consolidation, review and analysis;• Standardize financial reporting for group companies including intercompany transaction & reconciliations;• Budgeting;• Managing cash flows;• Primary point of contact in SAP Business One implementations for the group companies;• Actively involved in the UAE Corporate tax assessment of the group;• Preparation of consolidated financial accounts for the group comprising more than 15 companies; liaise with external auditors and ensuring timelines are met;• Preparation of internal Standard Operating Procedure’s (SOP’s) and implementation within group companies• Regulatory reporting such as anti-dumping and provide necessary data, analytical reports within agreed timelines;• Co-ordinated the fixed asset revaluations of the group and the associated accounting implications;• Managing the Head Office and group entities accounting teams;

 Lead audit engagements and actively communicates status to reporting officer; Engaged with Management during the different phases of the audit – planning, notification, fieldwork, reporting and closure; Handled audit meetings with Management; Understood the business processes and identified the risks; Reviewed the internal control mechanism and recommended controls required to mitigate the risks; In charge of creating and developing the audit reports; Worked independently with minimum supervision; Managed multiple engagements concurrently; Supervision of the work performed by the supporting auditors; Engaged in the risk assessment of the company for planning audits for the year

> Direct Reporting to Audit Managers, Partners and discussions with managerial functional heads of client.> Co-ordination of audit activities- (Statutory, Tax, Internal Audits) including requisite documentation.> Lead the audit team in Statutory and Tax Audits of eight Public Limited companies in Kochi.> Handling of financial statements of corporate up to finalization.> Preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.> Knowledge of accounting functions like payroll, ledger keeping, accounts receivables/payables, accounts reconciliation.
