• Leading a team of Junior Engineers and supervisors to execute operation and maintenance of 2*1800 TPH Coal Handling Plant and to keep the coal plant running in safe, stable in continuous manner and in compliance with all operational regulations.• Maintaining and monitoring the minutes of meetings held regularly to ensure the aims and objective were accomplished in accordance with the outlined priorities, time limitations.• Handling the maintenance of CHP starting from coal unloading in Track Hopper and Wagon tripper to coal conveying in bunkers.• Handling the maintenance of CHP equipment viz, Belt conveyors, Fluid coupling, scoop coupling, ring granulators, buffering Drum, Rolling Screens, Plough discharges, Wagon Tripler, Paddle feeders, Stacker cum reclaimer etc.• Looking after the coal yard management and the heavy earth machines associated with it.• To communicate with higher levels for the scheduled maintenance plan, spare management, man-hour management and for modification of the system.• To prepare DMR, Lubrication schedule, MIS, SMP and Checklists for equipments.• To ensure less downtime of the system.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Taking preventive maintenance and rectification of DPR.• Preparing JSA and supervising the job like fabrication, preventive, breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of total system like Conveyor, Roller, Crusher, RBF, Roller Screen, Paddle Feeder, Wagon Tripler, Shaft, Bearing and hydraulic equipment.• Preparing job report and MIS report.• Reporting job progress to Shift In Charge.
