Communicating with clients over phone/e-mail/live chat in various industry segments in the data/categories assigned to me.Building up more databases in the assigned verticals.Relationship Management of assigned accounts and Ongoing Service to the clients. Updating the clients on all Global Sources product offerings regularly.Identifying new prospects within the assigned database.Collection of payments & required material from the signed clients. Coordination with the Sales Administrator, and PSC team for contract inputs and upload of client material.Keeping track of the market/industry and regularly updating oneself on products, markets and competitors' activities.
