GSEC GmbH, a German Semiconductor Equipment Company specializes in developing high-performance cleaning systems for the semiconductor industry. As the lead process engineer at GSEC, I will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development of these cleaning systems, which are becoming increasingly important as the structures in chip production become smaller and smaller. Our aim at GSEC is to develop reliable systems that meet or exceed customer requirements, incorporating future requirements into the development of the systems at an early stage.

BMBF funded WIGRATEC project “Combined agglomeration technology for food (COAGG)”o Development of a new technology in collaborations with industrial partners. o Assist manufacturing by participating in plant trials aimed at improving production techniques and overall product quality.o Management of pilot plant runs, including food/process optimization, liquid injection technology, shortening drying time, improving kinetics.o Interaction with a cross-functional team in improving existing products from concept through pilot plant, to commercialization scale-ups.o Development of a novel structure-based stochastic Monte Carlo model and a CFD (Fluent) framework to simulate overall particle formation.o Project management by helping to achieve key metrics through critical thinking, scheduling, documentation and time management.

DFG funded GKMM research group project “Morphology of spray fluidized bed agglomerates”.o Established a novel correlation between the different morphological descriptors.o Developed a tunable aggregation model to mimic the structure of the agglomerates with polydisperse primary particles.o Programmed (MATLAB) a stochastic model to simulate the overall growth kinetics of agglomeration process.
