Working at an early stage startup, my exposure to the startup industry and technology were extensive. On an everyday basis, we were tackling customer acquisition from both client and consumer ends, and the technological development of the app. I learnt a lot about the e-commerce industry and helped in brand strategy and social media marketing. I was exposed to everything from idea validation by gaining responses on surveys, to talking to investors for growth and market penetration.
