In February 2020 moved to Canada on PR. I have a Sales and Marketing experience of over 5 years from Nayara Energy Ltd. (former ESSAR Oil Ltd.). During this tenure I was able to inculcate certain very necessary skills of Negotiation, interpersonal Communication, detail orientation, Target and deadline achievement within myself. Since November’ 2015 till November 2019 at Junagadh & Gir Somnath districts, Gujarat, India, I increased the network share of the company from 14 operational outlets to 37 operational outlets making it the second highest Network Share in the area. apart from the operational outlets there were 12 allotments that were under development whose completion would turn the company into the market leader in terms of network share in the area. Since June’ 2015 till October 2015 at Ajmer district , Rajasthan, India, I managed a virgin territory with no leads and was able to allot 6 new outlets by October 2015 and develop over 50 new leads in the area through consistent networkingSince September 2014 till May 2015 at Mehsana, Banaskantha & Patan districts, Gujarat, India, I managed operations for 27 Retail Outlets ensuring a growth in sales in every month. Played an instrumental role in developing and implementing strategies to boost up sales of a Retail outlet from 150 KL/month to 1000KL/month within 3 months of taking over the territory. My territory achieved highest growth for Diesel sales volumes in the Month of February, for all over India – 30%.
