Led the end-to-end development of Customer Review Service, a highly scalable cross-platform review service fostering an engaging community of buyers and sellers.Spearheaded design discussions for schemas for critical modules such as user and config management etc, optimizing the system to handle high volumes of data and accommodating varying requirements across multiple Reliance Verticals.Created comprehensive High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs), facilitating thorough discussions with the team and finalizing end-to-end flow.Orchestrated the implementation and management of database systems, leveraging sharding, indexing, and advanced caching strategies to cater to a large user base.Review Service went live on 21st July, 23 for JioMart PDP globally, garnering more than 5 lakhs reviews moderated and published in a single day, becoming the most used widget on the main website.Review Service is live for TIRA and Netmeds as well with an accumulated customer base of 300 million+ and for over 1.2 crore catalogs.Also worked on Pricing Engine for multiple Reliance verticals that would automate the fluctuation of prices in order to be competitive product-SKU wise.Designed and Implemented the price renewal workflow, renewing prices faster by 90%, catering to a combined business team of strength over 2 lakhs.Have also been involved in client side development for both customer and business facing sides.

Workforce management System helps retailers to simplify store operations through labor budgeting, forecasting and scheduling the different activities. It enables retailers to align store labor & activities to corporate goals and institutionalize best practice response to real-time exceptions and alert.The B2B product, Reflexis Workforce Scheduler, is deployed by 50+ businesses globally in banking, hospitality, retail and grocery including McDonald's UK, Bank of America, Marks and Spencer, CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens etc.Worked in a team that conceptualized, developed and deployed enhanced product features providing Level 3 application support, bug fixing, maintenance & enhancement of Workforce Management application suite.Worked on calculated branch merging to achieve established criteria for release milestones, of various versions of the WFM product in strict time windows, providing strategic solution and assistance to counter the issues in future releases.Worked with L1/L2 Support analysts and IT operations to support critical/complex issues and provide workarounds/resolutions to fix long and short term issues.

Worked in a team called Advanced Analytics developing two B2B products AI Decisions and AI Performance Manager .Proactively improved the performance of interactive data visualization dashboard (product’s main page), using modular code, appropriate data structure and efficient algorithms by 50%Optimized UI response speed by enhancing caching, redefining cache replenishment intervals and categorically putting DB calls in the backend.Created white and black box test case classes to verify the normal and edge functionalities of the classes in the modules of the product.Participated in Brainstorming sessions to bring clarity on the product features and their usage in real time situations.
