Key Responsibilities:HVAC System Design:Lead the design and engineering of HVAC systems for clean room facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Conduct thorough calculations and simulations to determine heating, ventilation, and air conditioning requirements.Clean Room Standards Compliance:Ensure that HVAC systems meet and exceed clean room standards and classifications, such as ISO 14644 and other relevant guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate clean room design principles into HVAC system specifications.Project Management:Oversee the entire lifecycle of HVAC design projects, from conception to completion.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients.Technical Expertise:Stay abreast of industry advancements and emerging technologies in HVAC systems and clean room design.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.Quality Assurance:Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure the performance and reliability of HVAC systems in clean room environments.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing HVAC systems and clean room facilities.Keep abreast of changes in regulations and standards and update designs accordingly.Documentation:Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.Maintain accurate records of project-related correspondence and documentation.Qualifications and Skills:In-depth knowledge of clean room classifications, ISO standards, and HVAC design principles.Strong proficiency in relevant software tools for HVAC design and simulation.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
