Right now employed with UHG since 6th June 2011Right now working in a working in the Datastage job migration project from server to parallal extender in a datawarehousing environment ,this includes understanding of the reuqirements again and rebuild the code with propper partioning,converting of the server routines to parallal routines , converting of Batches to sequences .Also Using of Enterprise stages wherever possible in place of the DRS stage .There are around 5000 jobs which are needed to be migrated from server to parallal extender of Datastage 7.5.2 edition , Datastage 8.7 , in addition to the above mentioned project , we are adding some more functionality to the existing Warehouse , am being involved in the design resource planning .Also with the added responsibility of leading a team of 5 ,I need to resolve the technical issues the team members are coming across , approval of timesheets , mantaining the data in the excel sheets for propper forecasting and time utilisations of the available team members .
