With 10+ years experience in the field of customer service delivery and people management, I have worked in reputed appliances organizations.I currently work at Havells India as Customer Service Manager with customer management, service delivery, people management, territory management as my key roles and responsibilities. I have managed service network expansion and training development for improving service delivery. I have helped improve product quality through regular feedbacks and suggestions on design improvements for products.
