I was the co-founder of Skills Shala, an NGO dedicated to empowering marginalized women in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Over two years, I focused on content planning, fundraising, and building networks with schools to support our mission.At Skills Shala, we noticed significant challenges faced by students in our state, particularly regarding access to proper education and learning resources. Traditional skill training programs often fell short, so we devised a unique approach: leveraging the power of learning and education.We trained women from district blocks in English language skills, both written and spoken, and established language clinics where they could teach marginalized children and earn a livelihood. This initiative not only empowered women but also provided poor children with access to quality English language training. My role involved developing effective content, securing funds, and creating strong partnerships with schools to ensure the success and sustainability of our programs.

I was selected as a Fellow under the Chhattisgarh Social Start-Up Fellowship Programme 2018, organized by the School for Social Entrepreneurs India. This prestigious 9-month program, supported by the Chhattisgarh Government, AIC@36INC, PwC, and PeaceTech Labs, US Consulate Mumbai, selected only 10 individuals from across Chhattisgarh, and I was honored to be one of them.During this fellowship, I gained comprehensive knowledge about social enterprises—what they are, how they function, and their impact. I learned the essentials of building and managing a business, from conceptualization to execution.It was during this journey that I co-founded Coshal, a social enterprise dedicated to promoting the traditional arts and crafts of Chhattisgarh. For over five years, Coshal has been empowering artisans by providing them with a platform to showcase and sell their products. Our mission is to preserve cultural heritage while creating sustainable livelihoods for local craftsmen.This fellowship not only equipped me with the skills and knowledge needed to establish and run Coshal but also provided invaluable support and mentorship, enabling us to make a significant impact in our community.

I served as a Digital Marketing Manager at NB Digital Technologies for two years. In this role, I specialized in digital marketing strategies for real estate clients and educational institutes. My responsibilities included developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and optimizing online presence for our clients.For real estate clients, I crafted targeted campaigns to generate leads and boost property sales. This involved creating compelling content, running pay-per-click (PPC) ads, and utilizing SEO techniques to enhance visibility.For educational institutes, I focused on enhancing their online presence to attract students and improve engagement. This included content creation, email marketing, and social media management.Throughout my tenure, I ensured that all campaigns were data-driven, monitored their performance, and made necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results. My efforts significantly contributed to the growth and success of our clients in the digital space.
