This role involved working as a Managed Services Consultant for Sprinklr as a partner resource. I worked consultatively, collaborating directly with my clients such as NASA, Oracle, BlackRock, The Home Depot, Nike, Kroger, Trulieve as a singular internal resource to help them apply the features of Sprinklr to extract its maximum potential to reduce cost, manage brand risk and increase operational efficiency by providing recommendations on best practices, technical guidance, partnering on technical & strategic projects aligned to the brand goals, deriving insights around brand health, platform configuration/ implementation of features, trainings & support for the platform & eventually promoting adoption of Sprinklr.

This role involved cross-functional collaboration to upgrade the existing ORM & CXM process, driving automation & efficiency to maintain Swiggy’s position as the leader in customer delight, fastest response time across all social media platforms among competitors leveraging Modern Care & Research on the CXM tool Sprinklr.During my tenure, I mentored a team of 25 associates to excel in the process, planned resource allocation and BCPs, handled and routed CXO escalations to resolution, reported and monitored queue health and quality of engagement, brand health, benchmarked stats among the competitor brands to ensure a top of the table spot in terms of customer experience in digital care and brand engagement. I was recognised as a top performer both as a team leader, as well as an individual contributor on multiple occasions.
