Leading the partner enablement charter for AWS partners in India. Providing strategic consultative enablement strategy to execution for GSIs and focused accounts.Proactively collaborate with AWS India Partner Teams and capture requirements in India that can be developed into scalable skilling programs; Develop and execute the partner enablement strategy for India aligning with the needs of the business and all its stakeholders resulting into measurable business outcomes. Build, develop and leading a growing team of Partner Enablement managers, Partner Trainers, and other operational team members to deliver results for India based Partners.· Engage APN channel partners at all Tiers, understand patterns in their knowledge gaps and provide thought leadership for proposed programs and curriculum. · Identifying and understanding key trends in the region across the APN channel partner community, and working with the partner leaders in India to establish programs and curriculum that will help drive customer satisfaction and partner revenue · Roll out, execute & host global partner enablement programs in India, that are Globally consistent but locally relevant.· Build out frameworks, cadence of regional programs, communicate to audience via marketing · Evaluate effectiveness and propose adjustments to programs to improve performance and ensure objectives are met · Contribute to the increasing the number of AWS certified and accredited partner individuals and grow the partner organizations.

o Overall Strategic enablement and training of APN Partners through a targeted delivery of training content to help drive adoption and efficient usage of AWS services and platform. o Collaborate with AWS India Partner Teams (including those supporting the GSIs) and capturing requirements in India that can be developed into scalable training programs.o Engagement with APN channel partners at all Tiers, understanding patterns in their knowledge gaps and provide thought leadership for proposed learning and enablement plans. o Creating effective learning experiences for key vendors and internal stakeholders to drive learning and establish positive customer relationshipso Understanding key trends in the region across the APN channel partner community, and working with the partner leaders in India to establish programs and curriculum that will help drive customer satisfaction and partner revenue.

-Heading a global team of experts for SAP SME service and support for SME customer base on SAP HANA-Leading end-to-end enablement and supportability for SAP HANA for SAP Business One-Steering customer satisfaction along with escalation management & safeguarding for Cloud & HANA customers-Managing product & service optimization to match the capabilities of predictive, preventive & embedded support- Evaluation of cloud application requirements and make architectural recommendations for implementation, deployment, and provisioning applications on AWS and provide best practices guidance on the architectural design across multiple applications, projects, or the enterprise. - Research & rapid prototyping for predictive models leveraging Machine Learning and AI - Digital transformation for SME service & support with key inputs & conceptualization of infrastructure, product and service strategy o Social engagement strategy for SAP SME service and support - Premium Services portfolio for SMB customers of SAP Business One o Key initiatives of cloud readiness and supportability - Innovation under areas or predictive analytics for CRM System & Service Cloud utilizing concepts of Data Science and Machine Learning-Enabling partners over digital transformation of IT products & services in SME-Scaling support vision and cascading the strategy across different platforms (Innovation Summit & GPEC)
