I am currently working as a Program Manager at Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, India. I lead foundation's Blended Finance projects across all our verticals. I like pushing boundaries on what innovative finance and outcome based financing can bring to the table. With a focus on outcomes and leveraging different forms of capital through a variety of innovative structures, I have been working with multiple partners to design industry leading programs. I also work across education & jobs and livelihood verticals to structure large and complex programs to deliver measurable positive impact through various interventions, unlock value & support growth of these organizations in key operational areas. Prior to joining the foundation, I was working with KPMG as an Associate Director in the Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare (IGH) practice in the management consulting space. In my earlier roles, I have been associated with Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) as a core member of the startup team at Bennett University and as Executive Assistant to the Chairman of Jaypee group. I have cross functional expertise and exposure to multiple industries. I have worked across Transport & Logistics, Financial Services, Infrastructure Financing, Energy, Disaster Management, Agribusiness and other diversified businesses with various Indian government, private, IFIs, donors and foreign government & private entities in areas such as business transformation, business strategy, business planning, project management, financial modeling, implementation planning, business diversification, new market entry, project appraisal and growth strategy etc.I hold an MBA degree from FMS, Delhi and B.A.(H) Economics from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.
