Also, devised a high throughput discovery workflow to screen hundreds of VHH proteins from phage display discovery campaign to identifying masks with enhanced masking properties.• Successfully generated hundreds of Fc fused cytokine with VHH or ScFv masks that has enzymatic cleavage properties by Protein Engineering and Molecular Biology techniques.• Screened >100 masked and un-masked Fc fused cytokine proteins for expression and purified them using high-throughput techniques like TECAN and Kingfisher.
