i work on robotic navigation and help build software to create, validate and deploy maps for all kinds of warehouse robots/drives, which are consumed by hundreds of clients at amazon robotics. i build tools that help engineers quickly understand changes between warehouse map versions in order to facilitate faster and safer map deployments. i also work on maintaining and persisting the volumetric state of the floor using advanced distributed databases to reduce floor downtime and increase the resiliency of amazon's robotic fulfillment centers!

worked on building and designing cloud trial services for the itential automation platform, which allows customers to run different automation workflows on cloud!

worked as the head teaching assistant for cs3630, a really cool undergraduate robotics course at georgia tech, where we worked with cozmo robots and taught path planning algorithms, bayesian and kalman filters, robot vision, and drone kinematics!

built an internal robotic testing tool that helps test robotic movement and performance with lower fidelity by mocking and simplifying external software stack dependencies to accelerate robotic software delivery.

worked on designing and building an internal tool that allows engineers to delete, deactivate and reactivate their facebook and instagram test accounts for the meta accounts center, and test facebook <-> instagram account linking.

i worked with prof. madhav krishna at the robotics research center on researching vision-guided robot navigation techniques and optical flow-based visual servoing for indoor robots. i specifically worked on combining classical approaches to visual servoing with neural networks and data-driven methods to achieve precise alignments and optimal trajectories. our work was published at corl 2020 and iros 2021 during my senior year.

i helped teach numerous classes at iiit hyderabad, including digital logic and processors (where we worked on building a simple 8 bit processor from scratch!), design and analysis of software systems (learning how to design and build quality software at scale), introduction to philosophy (pondering death, religion, capital punishment, and free will), and robotic planning and navigation (path planning algorithms, drone kinematics etc).
