Taking regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.• Scope Management: Defining and managing NROs and other project scopes, and ensuring that changes are documented, reviewed, and approved as needed.• Schedule Adherence: Keeping the NRO projects on track by tracking milestones, deadlines, and critical path activities through MIS and EPM. Adjusting the L3 Audits, PI and OTPs updates and other schedules as needed.• Team Collaboration: Fostering cross- collaboration among all regional teams for NROs and minor projects.• Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including NRO project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.• Project Open to Public: Ensuring the successful OTPs of NROs projects by evaluating PI and OTP docs, delivering final documentation to H.O.
