Fear or self doubt is such an effective brake!"A little browsing in the school library in 8th grade got me into tibetan meditation! Thereafter, joined the Indian Army and had an exciting time. Personally had my share of upheavals and trials. My spiritual learning continued and opted out of Indian Army in 2023 after 22 plus years of service. When not working, you may find me making handmade range of cosmetics/ toiletries with all-natural ingredients, cooking, long distance cycling, playing with my kids, lost in meditation or doing something new altogether!I'd love to hear from you.
