As a 10+ years experienced mechanical engineer, I bring to the table a wealth of knowledge in power plant construction and maintenance. I specialize in the erection of STG sets and their auxiliaries, as well as the checking of turbine gearbox and generator alignment.I also have extensive experience in the erection and leveling of condensers, deaerator tanks, main oil tanks, MOT, skid LPH.HPH, and the placement and alignment checking of control oil skid governing systems. I am well-versed in IBR and NIBR piping according to drawings, P&ID, and layout checking, as well as supports and insulation as per documents.Additionally, I am skilled in conducting NDT such as DPT, UT, PT&RT as per ITP, and have experience in IBR and quality documentation preparation as per ITP & IBR requirements.Furthermore, I have expertise in the placement and alignment checking of CEP & BFP ,CW, ACW pump & motor, as well as TG deck pre-cast inspection and post-cast inspection of civil and mechanical activity.I have hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of STG packages, including SST-200, SST-300, SST-600 of Siemens make. I also have a detailed knowledge of how to find out the radial and axial readings of rotor couplings.In addition to my technical expertise, I am also skilled in welding for P91, P22, P11, CS (A105, 106 of Grade A and B), and SS (304, 316, 316L), as well as PWHT and NDT techniques.Overall, my experience and skills make me a valuable asset to any power plant construction or maintenance project.
