• Experience working with US citizens, GC candidates, H1B, EAD and OPT• Identify client requirements for existing IT resources once candidates are available in market• Maintain their performance records, keep monitoring their duration of the project, and try to place them before putting them in to bench.• Update their resumes regularly on various job boards (Dice, monster, career builder, TechFetch and indeed) & present them as a best fit for client requirement• Uploading and applying Consultants resumes for jobs on Monster, Dice, Career Builder and TechFetch• Targeting tier-1 vendor and Implementers to have a successive Ratio.• Coordinating with the Vendor in getting the shortlist, Interview schedule of the Consultants.• Market them with best billing Rate & find long-term projects for them• Negotiating with the Vendor, regarding the Hourly Rates.• Following up on every submission made to the Vendor with a phone call and (or) an email.• Regular interaction and identifying Sourcing positions/openings as per their needs on job board Dice and get them contract projects accordingly• Coordinating with the candidates regarding joining formalities.
