Being facilitative and authoritative is my motto. I have discovered that I thrive on challenges and do my best work in fast paced settings. Currently I work as an administrative assistant at Kent Inn, and I developed my skills from that job. I enjoy responsibilities and love to manage office. I started as a receptionist and from there I got the opportunity to became an administrative assistant. I make sure to be precise and detail oriented. I always maintain a good and efficient communication with my teammates and people in different positions so that I can know how best to work with them. I believe that an administrative assistant is one of the important part of an office setting who keeps everything organized. Communication and customer service is the key skills which enable one person to be successful in this position which I learned from my experience.
