Passionate about cleantech and climate change, I come with a background in the automotive industry across digitalization, R&D and operations verticals. I hold a dual degree (BTech and MTech) in Automotive Engineering from IIT Madras, one of the premier institutes in India. My core competencies include product ownership, project management, team leadership, data analytics, machine learning, and robotic process automation.In my role at Bosch India, I founded and led a powertrain systems digitalization team that spearheaded the digital transformation of the business unit, realizing recurring savings and revenue opportunities. I managed a team of 17 to identify and tackle problems in the R&D space through innovative digital solutions, in technologies ranging from diesels to hydrogen ICE. I also counselled senior leadership on matters about digitalization and contributed to the development of the digital transformation strategy of the organization. I am motivated by the challenge of addressing climate change and I wish to leverage my background in R&D and digitalization to solve problems in the space. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with teams from over 10 countries across multiple technology areas. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with other talented and driven professionals who share my vision and passion.
