I have been working extensively on media relations and handling high profile clients like the Manipal Hospitals. I am involved with developing communication strategy, media relations, content development and brand communication.

Responsible towards developing an integrated communication strategy to contribute to the Food and Beverage department.I was also responsible in creating content for the external and internal communication and market them through various communication platforms.I designed communication strategies and used the experience of being a correspondent to optimize and enhance media relation. My skill as a photographer also helped me in contributing with images that were used in varied purposes.

My stint of a correspondent started with Environment journalism. A niche that i preferred and excelled given the personal liking I have towards wildlife. I contributed in all the major forms, starting from general reporting to several page 1 bylines and also was featured in the edit-oped pages. As my experience grew, I managed the health beat and eventually the crime beat for my house. From covering the major incidents to several prestigious events I have been in the thick of a 'reporter's life' for over three years.

I first started interning in the features department following which I did my freelancing as a journalist with the house. I was covering education and human interest stories for the same. I was associated with the house for around nine months.
