With over 10 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales and marketing, I was an Associate Consultant at iCEDQ, a software company that provides data quality and ETL testing solutions. I have an MBA degree in Sales and Marketing from ICFAI Foundation, and a B.E. degree in Computer Technology from Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering.My core competencies include relationship management, process transformation, strategy, analytics, end-to-end sales and business development. Previously, at Aster Labs, a leading diagnostics brand, I was responsible for engaging B2C customers, creating awareness, maintaining brand health, and generating leads online from social media across multiple geographical locations in India.
