A passionate sustainability professional with experience in both industry and academia. Currently, I am working at Engie Lab Singapore, with responsibilities for the research team which works on myriad topics, including integration of renewable assets, designing of advanced control algorithms and energy management systems for different configurations of energy assets. I also oversee the e-fuels program. I have worked in areas of clean energy (offshore wind turbine tribology), CO2 capture-related technology feasibility projects, energy efficiency improvements projects (manufacturing industry), and sustainable design projects (novel disruptive design and implementation in manufacturing plants). At Cambridge CARES, I worked on myriad aspects in corporate sustainability, creating insights in sector-wise decarbonization strategies, studies to understand sustainable technology adoption levels and using different analytical tools (statistical, analytical and qualitative) to achieve that. My projects at Cambridge CARES included understanding of corporate mindset towards sustainability initiatives, creating insights using GRI standards and their correlation to sustainable corporate actions, decarbonization roadmaps, sustainable business model evolution, creating clean technology adoption models/insights etc. We also used life cycle analysis approach to understand the environmental footprints of certain technologies as well. Another project involved developing insights into decarbonization strategy for hard-to-abate sectors on the basis of their research efforts, investments, divestments, internal carbon pricing, geography and other relevant parameters. I am Interested in connecting with people in the sustainability domain / consultancies. I am also very passionate towards children's content and start-ups working in EdTech and would love to be associated in any capacity. My diverse experience in different fields, in different countries with different people, all keeping the theme of energy efficiency and sustainability consistent, is my strength.
