I have been working in BPO from past 1.5 years and i have gained a lot of knowledge dealing with customers and clients and also have achieved a lot of experience in dealing with different types of customers in different scenarios i worked in two companies the first company i worked was a kind of travel agency company based in UK so we have to book a taxi for the people's over there via phone call or chat or and emails so as this was my first job leaned a lot about the Customer interaction and this helped me getting a better opportunity in the second company which is also a call center but in Health care field here my role was totally different here I have to call the medical facilities and ask the record of the particular client/patient and after getting that we have to upload that and once uploaded our job will be over and after that the attorneys will follow up.
