With a passion for promoting awareness and support within the LGBTQIA+ community, I serve as a virtual navigator dedicated to raising awareness for HIV testing across various platforms. My multifaceted role extends to providing mental counseling services to numerous individuals while actively engaging in counseling sessions for People Living with HIV (PLHIV). Advocating for gender sensitization and embracing diverse gender identities, I work tirelessly to foster inclusivity and understanding. Furthermore, I have contributed to the implementation of social protection schemes aimed at supporting marginalized communities. Through organizing support group meetings, I strive to empower individuals and cultivate second-line leadership within the Northern region. My commitment to cybersecurity led me to collaborate with the NIIT Foundation, contributing to efforts in enhancing cyber safety. With a steadfast dedication to advocacy and support, I am driven by a desire to create positive change and foster a more inclusive society.

I was work as “Samarth Field Mobilizer” at India HIV/AIDS Alliance in Samarth communitybased and community-led HIV screening intervention. My expertise involves engaging withcommunity members on virtual platforms through various social networking and dating sites.While working with MSM and TGH community members with Samarth intervention I have been providing counselling on various aspects such as prevention, treatment adherence and care and support among other things. I have also been part of various research intervention during my engagement with Alliance India. During these research studies my role has involved counselling, recruitment and interviewing clients. I possess good communication skills and am well-versed with languages such as English and Hindi. I have proven ability to network and engage with the community members, service providers such as ICTC, ARTC and NGO/CBO. I have developed a network of service providers distinctive to the needs of MSM and TGH into sexualized substance use, within the Samarth intervention.
