In accordance with business growth plans, identify, plan, and develop new consumers. • Monitoring sales against targets on a regular basis to ensure they met and where necessary remedial actions are identified, reported and implemented.• Team member responsible for developing a marketing strategy to determine the Perceived User Value and how it relates to the company's core competencies, as well as determining the customer's willingness to pay.• Managing the pricing and optimize the probability to get the Orders. • Selection of Motor on basis of customer’s requirement as per electrical specifications, mechanical dimensions and submitting Final quotation. • Knowledge of PMDC motors, Brushless DC motors, Torque Motors, AC servo motors, P.armature Motors, Brakes, Feedback Systems, Drives, Gearboxes etc• Responsible for analysis & maintaining record of Enquiry to Order conversion data, CDA Analysis, Sales forecast for financial year, RCA ( Root Cause Analysis), MOM (minutes of meeting), lost business analysis etc. • Improving the competitive position in the market through improved Customer Service and maintains a proper feedback channel. • Develop new partners for transport & logistic supply.• Monitoring of the Sales Order and co-ordination with internal departments until final dispatch of order. • Utilized available resources and developed strong internal relationships with support functions (including Production, Quality, Stores and accounts department). • Ensure payment collection from Customers as per set benchmarks. • Monitoring the outstanding payments on regular basis and take measures to minimize the over dues. • Resolving the Customer complaints within defined timelines.• Followed the Structural work flow of marketing department with the help of ERP (Focus ERP).• Presentation of monthly review chart in front of Board Members.• Train new colleagues to improve performance, guide and train to achieve the Targets.
