•Handling export as well as domestics dispatches with leadership skills to execute planing and Supervising export shipments, giving instruction to floor supervisor related to shipments which is provided by sales team as well as Coordination with CHA, Freight Forwarder, NVOCC regarding HT certificate, Shipping Bills, COA, Examination report for factory stuffing under self-sealing etc.•Overall responsible for all export/domestic related documentation, custom related documentation, supervision of stuffing FCL/LCL/AIR shipment, maintaining record of inward, outward & stock positions documents etc•Responsible for customer complaints & market return materials and documentation of the same through CS team.•Also handling customer complaint through maintaining daily MIS report of W/H SCM Logistics operation which is minimizing customer complaint and exceptional cost.•Co-ordination with Sales/Distribution/Domestic and International Logistics department regarding Dispatch Instructions for smooth dispatch operation.•Contact vendors to obtain quotations to prepare quote comparison sheet of vendors and performed negotiations accordingly with the help of vendors management skills.(Rates, Payment terms, Lead time).•Participating monthly discussion and meeting with all vendors which may leads to harmonious, transparent relationship between vendors like transporter, Freight Forwarder, CHA, NVOCC.•Handeling 100% stock accuracy, cycle count, damage reprocessing for quarterly inventory audits.•Overall responsible for domestic transportation & logistics support for dispatches for that coordination with transporter service provider to ensure on time delivery or maintaining TT at best rates as per SLA's agreed•To enhance using SPOT rate booking which is fast, easy, flexible and sustainable leads to cost saving.•Verify bills of transporter, vendors & create shipment cost in SAP.•Responsible for environmental health & safety, 5s, Kaizen which leads to minimize accident.
