•Planning and Maintenance: Involved in Running, Preventive and Shut down Maintenance activities of PLC and Electronics Instruments at the site along with analytic equipment. •Management support: Generated and provided MIS (Management Information Support) reports, to keep management updated about Department and maintained database for the same for future reference. •Inventory Planning and Establishment: Helped in Planning and establishment of yearly maintenance business plan of Mill Electrical Department and keeping an account of plan versus compliance every month.•RCA(Root Cause Analysis): In case of failures resulting in delay above 5mins , root cause analysis was done and a record of the same was kept for future reference. This helped in reducing production loss.•Budget Planning: A part of the budget planning team for the session 2012-2013.•Internal Training: Provided internal training to colleagues to make them aware about the area concerned and the instrumentation equipment in use.
