The task appointed was to work with the IBM recruitment team - domestic and assist the recruiters for the whole end to end process.End to End Recruitment process in a IBM involves bagging requirements, sourcing, screening and submitting resumes, interview process, selection, signing contracts and agreement, then following up with the onboarding team whether they have onboarded on said day or not, and maintaining relationship with candidates.

Therefore this study was undertaken to understand the Socio-Economic condition & Satisfaction level, which exists among the contractor employees at JUSCO.This type of survey helps management to identify the effectiveness of post changes. Secondly, it also assists them in reviewing the company’s Policies for more effective utilization of human resources. Keeping this objective in mind a survey was conducted to get a feedback from the employees.The purpose of the survey was to cross check whether facilities provided by the company is actually being received by the labour or not. The research was also aimed to identify the loopholes of the system and to provide rectifying suggestions, if required.
