Performed 2 RCAs by the help of tools like 6 Sigma, Measurement Systems Analysis and Pareto Chart. DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analysis, Improve, Control) approach is practiced with the help of these tools. Efficiency and yield of machine and process is improved. I also conduct trainings on MSA and 6 sigma to the plant employees so as to let them aware and practice new modernized techniques to solve modern day plant issues.
