  Roles & Responsibilities:  Accounting, Processing, tracking, transaction monitoring/review of Client data & Client Reporting  Coordinate with Client and internal team for all themes water activities  Analysing data of Client and Preparing Billing/invoices for Themes Water as per tickets assigned  Investigate and correct errors/ observations and escalate issues to team leader  Provide training and guidance to new team members and also help senior team members as needed  Responsible to complete assigned work in timely manner with quality and accuracy  Investigation on Client queries & ensure all enquires addressed promptly and accurately  Tracking Client emails and facilitating possible solution on Client queries in timely manner  Reconciled already billed data by us with Client’s data in case of queries sent by Client
