With over 14 years of research and development experience in optimization, reinforcement learning, recommendation systems, and causal inference, I am passionate about creating data-driven solutions for challenging problems in various domains. I am currently an associate professor at The Ohio State University, where I lead a research group on the mathematics of decision making with applications in cybersecurity, market design, and social networks. I am also the founder and CEO of Rewardwise, a startup that is building a mobile app for administering loyalty programs in India, using AI and causal analysis to enhance customer engagement and retention.I have a PhD in Aerospace Engineering, a master's degree in Applied Mathematics, and a master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I have published more than 70 papers in prestigious journals and conferences, and received multiple awards and honors for my academic and research excellence. I have also advised and mentored 10 PhD students, 5 MS students, and 4 BS students, who have gone on to pursue successful careers in academia and industry. I enjoy teaching and sharing my knowledge and expertise with students, colleagues, and clients, and I am always open to new opportunities and collaborations.
