I am working in India's mightiest Blast furnace in JSW vijaynagar with capacity 13000T/day having volume of 5339 m3. I have involved in commissioning stage of blast furnace with area incharge of Stove , Pump house,WHRS , Analyser . Now working as shift incharge having responsibility of Furnace , cast house , Stove , cyclone ,scrubber , dermister, and pump house . I am looking all the equipment from Its LT part to instrument of these area .Previously I worked in Welspun Corp Ltd( formerly known as Welspun metallics Ltd. I am proud to have successfully completed the Welspun Metallics project with a capacity of 1200T/day( or volume of 380m3). Through my efforts, I have demonstrated my technical knowledge and project management skills by commissioning LT panels such as PCC, MCC, Drive, and UPS (75kva), showcasing my technical proficiency. My versatility is evident through my maintenance of equipment, commissioning of different types of valves, and automation of the plant using RIO wiring, PLC, and HMI. I am also proud of my successful commissioning of the BLT system of the blast furnace, including lubrication and hydraulic systems. As an electrical engineer, I possess strong leadership skills and am passionate about converting challenges into opportunities.
