Electronics and Instrumentation Engineer

 Circuit simulation, Application, Testing and measurement of process instrument on bread board. Working on Microcontroller AT mega 16, MSP430FR4133, MSP430FR2155 etc. Tuning and testing of the product specifications and designed the test process accordingly.  Analyze and understand system requirements & design as required.  Participant in analysis, designs, programs, debugs and modified software.  Testing and repair of bug and bust circuit diagram.  Sound knowledge of Modbus IC and its circuit layout.  Circuit simulate, testing of analog signal o/p 2 wire or 4 wire through PWM.  Open collector or 24 V pulse output through TTL logic.  Sound knowledge of logic gate, flipflop and Latch.  Sound knowledge of through hole and SMD components like Resister, Capacitor, Diode, Fuse, Crystal, Optocoupler etc.  Hands on experience in soldering of SMD, TH components and Microcontroller through soldering iron.  Sound knowledge of programing of SMD pick and place NeoDen 4- nozzle machine.  Reading of datasheet and simulate circuit as mentioned, checked I/O through Oscilloscope and replace with calculated value of component as desired output.  Ability to read and modification in electronics circuit diagrams and component.  Knowledge of Analog and Digital troubleshooting at component level. Testing, configure, I/O interface with instrument and sensor or transmitter signal analog and digital.  Testing of Communication protocol RS232, RS485, Ethernet, optical etc.  Diagnosing breakdown problems in schematic, determining root causes and using preventative and corrective actions to eliminate faults.
