The SR Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic planning of all activities of Aasraa Trust; to ensure the vision of the organization through the effective and efficient running of departments within the Trust.1. As an operation manager I have to mainly handle 4 departments, logistics, Centralized Kitchen, Shelter Homes and Our Outreach team.2. I am the reporting manager of all the above departments.3. My KRA for the above departments are: -Logistics: _1. Ensuring the smooth operations of Logistics department, by developing proper SOP, Request Process guidelines.2. Defining the operations road map/ planning for next financial year.3. Drafting the proper reporting format for logistic team.4. Solving the problem of team when and where needed.Centralized Kitchen: -1. Centralized kitchen is the project which is very closed to my heart, this building construction and equipment was donated by the PwC India foundation and Lal Family foundation. And I was the coordinator of the project and this project which got completed in October 2021 and after that I was handed over this project.2. Drafting the kitchen SOP, developing the data entry system for kitchen indent, In and out Stock.3. Managing the training session which is organized by Welham Girls School and Doon Kitchen Team.4. Developing the diet chats and menu with coordination of doctors.5. Managing over all procurement, starting from vendor selection to quality management and utilization.Shelter Homes: -1. I am responsible for coordination with 2 shelter home wardens (Girls and Boys) for smooth functioning of the same.2. Responsible for maintaining all the needs of the shelter home and at the same time maintaining the gratitude in the students for the opportunity they are getting from the donors.3. Coordinating with counsellor for taking proper growth rate of special need children in our hostels.4. Designing the formal timetable for hostel with the help of warden and management team.

Provide general administrative support to the CEO and other employees, as a needed organizationManage and/or support assigned activities that could include events and special projects.Update and reconcile records and databases, and manage engagement with external bookkeeping firms. Manage and develop the Operations Department strategy, action plan, and budget, in line with organizational strategy.Recruit and manage Operations Department personnel including org-structure, job orientations, task allocation, and ongoing performance management. Review and proactively develop the operational policy environment, modifying or drafting new policies to fill gaps as they are identified. Develop and maintain operational support document files (electronic and hard copy) in support of audit and regulatory review.

Research & Development engineeringAs a product definition candidate, we have Researched on Project given by Industry partner. Recently I am working on Automation project with Siemens as the industry partner. My work is to explore and design a course for Siemens training institute i.e. SITRAIN. During our design, of course, we are made to visit Siemens different Training centres and industries. After a deep study, we have to create product lifecycle and to follow it until the whole team completes the project.
